Today was the latest in happenings for the Shepherd of the Valley Church Men's Ministry.  The day started at the Brass Lantern Restaurant with breakfast at 8:30, then the men traveled on up the highway to the church and started in.  Some worked in the new bathrooms putting some finishing touches there, others put up shelves in the shed out back, while a few others started in the sanctuary for the long awaited new lighting.

We have completed the installation of 4 new energy saving fluorescent lights and will continue with the balance during the week.  What a difference it has made with what has been done so far.  

New sanctuary lights are now a reality: Thank you Lord Jesus!

Below are some pics of a few holes that were dug out back in order to alleviate an issue of water from the roof of the building.  This not only serves to help drain rain water, but it also helps us be the better neighbor by somewhat containing the flow of rain water so that it does not interfere with the interests of other adjoining properties.  A precautionary step to further ourselves in the interest of others.
