Choosing dimensions and structure of a new
facility takes many days, sometimes months of
preparation and a lot of leg work
behind the scenes. Pastor John has done a
tremendous job at most of this. There were
many phone calls made to countless places making
the proper arrangements before the work could
ever begin. After which, were many
more meetings and phone calls to keep within
specs of building codes and other proper procedures. We have a building committee that
meets every so often to make certain we are
within budget and to help alleviate problems
that pop up now and then.
The dimensions of the structure include a total
spacious floor of 3500 square feet with a
beautiful cathedral ceiling. Along with
this, a new 400 square foot foyer has been added
to the existing foyer. New gas insulated
windows installed, as well as having air
condition and hot water (in-floor) heat, along
with new beautiful, bright
energy-saving fluorescent
lighting, and a drive-thru
car port; all which will help ensure comfort, no
matter what the weather.
The new Social Hall is adorned
with stunning decor,
eye-catching skylights, window
treatments, and pure oak trim
over a beautiful shade of wall
to wall carpet. New seating and
tables are now in place with
ease of comfort in mind along
with several highchairs for the
youngsters.
Inside you will also find new
restrooms, each being handicap
accessible for both men and
women alike.
